It is now that it has suddenly been termed as healthy, with extra fiber, fortified with minerals and having no Trans fat. 4. Dancing. This routine is one of my favorites. It’s simple and you can also have fun while doing this. In fact, whenever I do this exercise I don’t even notice I am burning fat in the process. Try belly dancing or hip hop. They are very simple to do and you can perform this with your family or friends.
